First Aid and CPR are good skills for those involved in adventure sports – just in case. And you need these techniques for the B2E 2 Star Diver course and even for many types of work.

Basic Life Support is a course specializing in teaching these first aid techniques – and it does so for everyone, not just divers. Most instructors are also Basic Life Support Instructors!

What will you learn in the Basic Life Support course?

• Prevention and treatment of shock.
• Management of spinal injuries.
