Building on what you've already learned, this course expands your existing knowledge of how to prevent problems and how to manage them if they occur.

TEACHING MATERIALS YOU WILL USE IN YOUR RESCUE DIVER

A Rescue Diver work pack that includes all the materials required to complete the course. You'll learn how to think like a rescue diver and get a sneak peek at the techniques you'll practice with your professional instructor. Once you've completed the Rescue Diver course, you can re-watch the DVD to brush up on your diving safety skills as needed. This toolbox of knowledge and techniques will give you the skills to handle almost any emergency situation.

PREREQUISITES

To start the Rescue Diver course, you must:

• Be 12 years of age or older.
  
• Be in possession of the Adventure Diver certification (or have an equivalent certificate from another organization).
• Be trained and updated in first aid and CPR within the previous two years
  (Ask us about the courses Emergency First Response CPR and First Aid).
